Muffin

Here chocolate muffins and chocolate chip cookies I made for the sweet table for the birthday of my little!

Ingredients: (10-12 muffins)

- 150 g flour
- 50 g bitter cocoa powder
- 130 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 130 g butter, melted
- 120 g of chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder

frosting:

- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- Multicolored beads

recipe:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6).

Whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar until mixture is frothy. Add melted butter and whisk. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Whisk the preparation until smooth. Add the chocolate chips into the dough.

Divide batter into muffin prints.

cooking:

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until they are properly inflated. Let the muffins cool completely before making the icing.

Frosting: Mix the icing sugar in a bowl with a spoonful of water. Brush the glaze and sprinkle muffins (generously) of multicolored beads.

I put little flags "crown princess" on the muffins so that they go well with my princess castle cake!
